Welcome to my interpretation and translation services! By booking with me, you agree to the following terms:

• Service Agreement: All assignments, including in-person, remote, and document translation, must be agreed upon in advance, with clear details provided about the nature of the work.

• Payment Terms: Payments are due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed. For document translations, full payment is required before delivery.

• Confidentiality: I prioritize client confidentiality and ensure all information shared during assignments remains private and secure.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled fee.

• For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, no fees will apply
